David "Dave" Ward, 64, of Sewickley, PA, passed peacefully on March  30, 2023.  David is survived by his wife Deb Ward of 24 years, his father John Ward, Jr and siblings John and Laura Ward.

David served in the Navy and was a member of the 9th Pennsylvania Reserves civil war re-enactment regimen.  He was also a member of the Masons.  David graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha.  David devoted his time and energy to the homeless serving as a case manager.  He was an avid history and genealogy buff.  Friends, family and his cats alike remember him as a caring, gracious and generous man. 

Visitation will be held at the Richard D. Cole Funeral Home, Inc., 328 Beaver Street, Sewickley, PA 15143, on Monday April 3, 2023 from 12-2 p.m., followed by a Masonic service at 2 p.m. in the funeral home.
