Douglas Foltz Obituary

On August 24, 2021, Douglas Lee Foltz, 67, passed away at Good Samaritan Hospice in Wexford, Pa. Born in Indiana, Pa. in 1953, he was the son of Alice Little Foltz and the late Douglas E. Foltz. After graduating from Ambridge High School, Douglas went to Las Vegas to work as a dealer in the Casinos. Returning to Pennsylvania when ill, he lived with his mother in Leetsdale until his death. There are to be no visitation nor services. Burial will be in Indiana, Pa.
