Floyd “Dickie” Lee Jr.

Floyd “Dickie” Lee, Jr., 73, formerly of Sewickley, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 13, 2022.  Dickie was born July 18, 1948, to the late Floyd C. Lee, Sr., and Grace B. Lee.  He was also preceded in death by his loving sister, Beverly Lee Brightman.  He is survived by his devoted daughters, Kelly Y. Lee and Shirley E. Lee; nieces Laryce (Keith) Hill-Ross and Brenda L. Hill; nephew Anthony Brightman; great-niece Kierra Ross; and former wife, Gwen Clements.   

Dickie was a QV class of ’67 graduate and a 2018 Quaker Valley Sports Hall of Fame inductee for basketball.  After a tour of duty in Vietnam, Dickie served in the Army reserves.  He was employed with UPS and Burlington Coat Factory before retirement.

Visitation will be held from noon to 4 pm on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Richard D. Cole Funeral Home, 328 Beaver St. Sewickley, PA 15143.  A celebration of life service, immediatelyfollowing, will be officiated by Rev. Dr. Bryan K. Crawl of Second Baptist Church, Rochester, PA.  Interment will be held Monday, February 21, 2022, at 9:30 am at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Rd. Bridgeville, PA 15017.
