Grace A. Merriman

Grace A. Merriman, 84, a longtime resident of Sewickley died on January 12, 2022 after an extended illness. Born on May 6, 1937 in Aleppo Twp., Pa., Grace was the youngest daughter of the late Allen and Rebecca M. Merriman. She was also preceded in death by her oldest sister, Aileen Faith Keith and most  recently her Aunt Mary Merriman. She is survived by her sister Ellen P. Heuler and brother Allen Miller Merriman, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Upon retirement, Grace enjoyed gardening, writing poetry, and traveling to Florida and California for vacations. The final years of her life were spent living in assisted living homes. Friends will be received in The Richard D. Cole Funeral Home, Inc.328 Beaver Street Sewickley, Pa. 15143 on Tuesday January 18, 2022 from 9 AM until Noon when a Service of Rememberance will be held in the Cole Chapel. A Private burial will follow in Sewickley Cemetery. The Family wishes to thank the owners and staff of The Blair Personal Care Home for their care, love and kindness to Grace in her final years.
