Howard Everett Phillips, Jr., age 59, of Bell Acres, PA, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023, after a long illness. Son of Rosalie (Nicholson) Phillips and the late Howard E. Phillips, Sr. Brother of Tammy Phillips. Howard, Jr. was a kind, gentle, and generous man, who after his father's death in 2017, enjoyed sitting on the home porch and going shopping with his mother. He will be sadly missed by all those that knew him. All arrangements are private for Howard, Jr. Arrangements are entrusted to THE RICHARD D.
