Michael Stowell Obituary

Michael D. Stowell died suddenly on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. Son of the late Joseph F. and Mary Jane (McCarthy) Stowell, Vietnam Veteran, retired Allegheny County Police Lieutenant (31 years) and Director of Security, CCAC Boyce campus. He loved his family, appreciated his friends. Survived by his wife, Maryann, daughters Amy (Pete) McCartney, Katie (Rod) Stewart. Beloved "Papou" of Logan Goettmann Nash, Peter Michael McCartney and Ryan Louis Stewart. Preceded in death by brother Joseph (Gayle) Stowell and sister Marianne (Harry) Heldreth. No visitation. Due to the Pandemic, the Memorial Mass has been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Richard D. Cole Funeral Home, Inc.
